Warranty

 

1 year parts and labor

Vertex (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and condition, be proven defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of original purchase, such defects will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned parts without charge for the parts and repair labor, provided that transportation charges are prepaid.

All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become property of the Company. This limited warranty only extends to product purchased from the Company and the authorized dealers and resellers.

This warranty does not apply if the product or part thereof, which in the opinion of the Company, has been damaged or rendered defective through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by removal or defacement of the factory serial number/bar code label(s). The opinion of the Company with respect to this matter shall be final.



Repair Service:

To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, please contact our sales representative for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. In doing so, your claim will be processed quickly and without complication.

2. Troubleshoot problem over the phone

3. Request for RMA number & return instruction

4. Return product in a secure and durable package to prevent damage during transit

5. Please make sure you enclosed a copy of completed RMA form

6. Please mark your assigned RMA number visibly and clearly on the outside of the box




Please submit claims within 30days of RMA number request. Unused RMA numbers will expire in 30 days.

Please note: Tampering or opening the product casing and/or interior voids the limited Warranty in it's entirely.

Failure to follow the above provisions may cause your service claim to be denied

Vertex is not responsible for products damaged or lost in shipping.
